		<description>Nick you are the man.  I remember the time we went and worked out our legs just after you finished the internship at Cooper.  Even though I worked out my legs fairly consistently, the next two days after that work out I felt not only appropriately sore, but stronger, especially in the smaller muscles used for balancing. That was an awesome work out!</description>
